If you see a "Password change required" message, it means your password couldn't be verified, either due to a system update or incorrect entry.
To fix it:
Click "Forgot your password?" on the login page.
Enter your NerdWallet email.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk) for a reset email.
Follow the link to set a new password.
Then, return to the login page and sign in.

Ensure you're using the correct email.
If you signed up with Apple or Google, use those buttons.
If you don't receive the reset email, contact support using the Chat Modal or [email protected]
