I'm re-linking my account. Why am I being told you can’t access one of my accounts?

If your bank has become unlinked you may be prompted to relink it through our account-linking partner, Plaid. In rare cases, fewer accounts may be available to show on NerdWallet. For example, if you have a credit card, checking account, and savings account all with the same financial institution, you may only see information about your checking and savings accounts moving forward.

NerdWallet will show you a message before you proceed with the relinking process to let you know which accounts will not be supported. We encourage you to proceed; otherwise your account will remain unlinked.

    In my case it's saying it can't link either my checking or shared savings, i.e. my only two accounts. Is that expected?

    This is true for another bank account I tried too. Seems like a bug

    Same here it's my home loan account that wont link, even though United Wholesale Mortgage is in your dropdown as a choice.
