Occasionally our account-linking partner may experience connection interruptions with financial institutions. If any of your linked accounts become unlinked with our account linking partner, you will see an error message and be prompted to re-link your accounts. While our database of linkable financial institutions is very large, some banks may become unavailable, or may not carry over all of your past transaction information when re-linking.
If your financial institution is available to re-link
You will be automatically redirected to a screen where you'll be prompted to re-link your accounts. Follow the prompts as directed. In most cases, your past transaction history should be visible once your accounts are re-linked.
In cases where you are not redirected to the re-linking process automatically, you'll be prompted to search for your institution from our database before continuing the re-linking process.
If your financial institution is no longer available
If you are prompted to search for your bank and don't find it among the search results, we recommend re-linking your accounts manually. You can do so by following these steps. You can also feel free to check back, as we do regularly add new banks and other institutions to our database.

While we attempt to sync historical transaction from your linked accounts, transaction data may not be available from all banks or they may share different timeframes for historical transactions. You may not see all of your previous months’ spending, however after re-linking your account you will see new transactions appear as usual moving forward.
If this situation applies to your financial institution, you’ll be shown a message letting you know that you may lose some older transaction data after re-linking. We encourage you to proceed; otherwise your account will remain unlinked.
