If you find that the balances displayed in your NerdWallet account are more than 24 hours out of date, you can manually refresh them by unlinking and relinking the account.
Please note that you should only attempt this process once to avoid any potential issues with your account connectivity.
Step 3: Escalate the Issue (If Balances Are Still Incorrect):
If after relinking your account, the balances are still not correct, please reach out to support@nerdwallet.com.
Provide details about the specific accounts experiencing issues, including the name of your bank, the specific account that is out of date, and the last sync date displayed under each account in your Net worth section.
Any screenshots you can provide of this incorrect information through NerdWallet and the correct information through your bank can also be helpful as we only have a limited view of your information on our end for security reasons.
