I made a typo while entering my information to view my credit score!

Typos happen to everyone! Here's how to begin the credit score connection process again so you can re-enter your information:

Note that this is currently only possible on our website, so you'll need to open up a browser if you have been using the NerdWallet app so far.

  • Sign in at NerdWallet.com

  • Go to MY NERDWALLET > SETTINGS > MANAGE ACCOUNTS

  • Click UNLINK next to TransUnion

  • Open your NerdWallet app and tap on CREDIT SCORE to begin connecting TransUnion again.
