We partner with a third-party company to allow you to link your bank accounts to your NerdWallet account. There are two reasons you may not see your bank among the financial institutions you can link to your NerdWallet account.

Your bank may not be included in our partner's system yet

Their database currently does not include every single financial institution in the United States. In particular, many small, regional banks and credit unions are not yet available. 

If you don't see your bank listed in our database, scroll to the bottom of the list and you'll see a message that says, Can't find your bank? Click the Contact Us link to tell our support team the name of your bank and we'll look into adding it.

It may take some time, but our partner is working on adding more, so if you don’t see yours included today, try checking again later.

Your bank may be listed under a different name

You may also have trouble finding your bank if it’s listed in their database using a different spelling or abbreviation, so try searching for a few possible variations.

For example, “San Francisco Fire CU” will not show up if you search for “SF Fire CU,” or “San Francisco Fire Credit Union.”

It can also help to check whether the company is a subsidiary of a different financial institution. In that case, you may need to search for the parent company instead.
