Convert or New?

I currently have a Discover Cash back credit card & I am thinking about opening a Discover Miles card. I am not sure if I should open a completely new credit card, or if I should just convert my current one to the Discover Miles card. I just got a credit increase on the Discover Cash Back, so if I do convert, my credit limit won't likely increase. Just unsure what is the best route to take!
