I'm trying to link my MS account, but it gets stuck at credentials.

    Hi James.  We created a support ticket from your posting as this is more of a bank linking support issue.  So watch for a response from support@nerdwallet.com coming soon for your question.  It does look like the option you are needing is experiencing a temporary communications issue with our bank linking partner.  These things usually resolve themselves within a week or two, but sometimes need a little help.  So support will take care of you.
