Verizon overpayment

Verizon over charged my account. They say 140$ for two lines yet due the past 5 months I have given them 1,248.22 and no I don't get any extra nothing, in fact I have downgraded to a shared plan. I have payed on average $249.65 per month. Did two lines. Two lines with no added nothing.

  Hi Elizabeth,

  Thanks for your posting.  There's not really much we can do for you, but I would suggest reviewing your full, detailed monthly billings from them online, and seriously comb through each page, noticing any fees or extra charges that could be contributing to these amounts you are not expecting.  Keep notes of the ones you don't either recognize, or understand, and have one of their agents explain those charges.  There may be errors, or they may be able to explain the reasoning for the charges.  Best of luck with it!
