Can't add savings account

I have a savings account through Credit Karma - MVB Bank is the holding bank. But I have no real login and password at MVB Bank, only the Credit Karma sign-in, and it doesn't find the account at MVB Bank.

  Hi William,

  I also have a savings account with Credit Karma!  We, NerdWallet, do have support listed just as Credit Karma in the bank selection panel, so there's no need to try MVB Bank.  Our linking partner is currently having some technical difficulties with the Credit Karma interface, but it should be resolved soon!  I would recommend searching for and trying to link Credit Karma in a couple of weeks.  Thanks for checking with us!

  This is still not working.  Can't link the Credit Karma checking nor savings accounts.
