How to refinance credit

Hi, I don't have a mortgage, all I have is credit card debt and I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to refinance that so I can pay it back at a lower interest rate.

  If your score is still good, you might apply for a personal loan.  another decent option is to balance transfer and try to pay down during the 0% intro fee.
