Missing rewards

    Thanks for your post! I'm happy to offer some guidance about this.

    In-store rewards earnings (offers found in the "nearby" tab of the rewards section) can take 2-9 days from the date of the purchase to show up in your account. Online reward earnings will process after the merchant's return policy period has lapsed (typically between 10 and 60 days). Different merchants process their credit transactions at different times and every merchant has their own return policy, so please hang tight! It might take a little longer for some venues to post your rewards.

    If your rewards earnings are still missing after 10 days for an in-store purchase, or after the return policy period is over for an online purchase, please send us a message at Be sure to include the date of the transaction as well as the type of card you used. A scan of the receipt or a screenshot of the processing information on your credit card statement can be especially helpful; just be sure to obscure any sensitive information, like account numbers. We'll be happy to investigate for you!
