Duplicate spending

Hello, I will love to change completely to nerd wallet spending tracking but one thing is stopping me... The ability count credit card payments as simply payments. Currently, they get counted as "others" which technically means spending, in addition to all purchased on the cards being counted as spending as well... So one transaction is technically being counted TWICE but completely throw my budgeting out of the loop. If I count them as transfer, it says I got a high cash flow... If I count them as others... My cash flow goes to a negative, it is rather frustrating. The other app I use currently is call clarity money and does an excellent way of not counting one spending twice, and keep my cash flow true to what it is.. nthe reason I wanted to switch to nerd wallet is because your app updates everything quicker, in addition to adding my investments and everything.... Any comment on this? Advice? Ty

  Hi Madina,

   

  We hope you decide to come along with us here at NerdWallet!  For your credit card payments, you can actually click on those payments in your transaction list, and choose to hide them from calculations.  This way they won't be doubling your spending.  Once hidden, you can easily spot those transactions because they will be grayed out in your transaction list.  Anyway, hopes this helps in what you are seeing!
