okay, i want a human being or two to tell me about an on-line bank that actually cares about their clients. i do not expect coddling, but with the pandemic and being physically disabled, i needed assistance with my current bank. i needed a debit card ASAP - not in 7 to 10 working days - and when my money was ALREADY INSTALLED IN THE ACCOUNT AND MY PLUMBING BROKE - I NEEDED TO SIMPLY IDENTIFY MYSELF AND GET SOME OF MY MONEY DOWNLOADED TO A FRIEND'S DEBIT CARD SO I COULD REPAIR THE BREAK BEFORE MY KITCHEN FLOOR BEGAN TO BUBBLE UP FROM THE SUBFLOOR. no, they could not help me. now, i am facing at least $1500 in repairs to the kitchen floor. i still do not have any help. the bank has a lofty statement about they are being helpful during the pandemic, but apparently the help does not extend to actually alleviating my emergency. i chose the bank because the reviews from nerdwallet were good. that was a mistake.
