Just a quick question. 2 yrs ago (Feb) I chose to not renew my Verizon subscription because they wouldn't correct a $50 error. I left with only $130 balance which I voluntarily started paying on in Aug. Well... Less than 2 wks later it hit my credit. I paid it off almost instantly but still... Derogatory. Does anyone know if they're "cooperative" in removing Derogatory remarks or should I not waste my energies?
