Part-time unemployment while still working full-time during COVID
Hello! Before the Covid, I was working full-time (40 hrs) at an adult foster care home and part-time (10 hrs) at a hair salon. Since March 16, the salon had to close due to Governor's orders. So since then I have only been working full-time at the care home. I have an acquaintance who is in a similar situation as me and has collected unemployment while still working full-time. She recieved the $600 relief too. When I attempted to apply for unemployment, the system asked me "have you work full-time between this date and this date?". I answered yes because I did at the care home. After answering yes I was told I could not file for unemployment that week. The question means full-time at either job correct? Not just the salon? It makes sense to me, if you are working full-time, you should not get unemployment. But things are so different with all the Covid reliefs. Does anyone think I am eligible? Please give me some advice! Thank you!
FYI this is for Michigan.

You can apply for "UnderEmployment" if you lost wages or hours were reduced. I would assume in almost every case, minimum wage at 40hrs would disqualify you from any benefits.
there is a lot of GOVT tape that I did not want to dig any further thru, but the information I found, I located here https://www.michigan.gov/documents/uia/140_-_claiming_underemployment_beneifits_in_michigan_392272_7.pdf
Hope this helps.
