applying for unemployment insurance during coronavirus
I work in the film industry as a designer, and I have an S-corp. My paychecks are made out to my company, which is the 'Loan-out' company. I'm the sole employee of my company. I've not been able to pay myself since 2018, and jobs have been cancelled due to coronavirus. How do I fill out the unemployment insurance (UI) application on the DOL website: do I use my name or my company name? I know this is the first step for self-employed in order to be eligible to apply for PUA. Anyone??
Thank you!
