My college closed before I graduated. They assured us they wouldn't close until all enrolled students graduated but closed before my last term. They had also assured us that we would not be responsible for the loan ($75/month) we paid directly to the school because they were breaking our contract. However, they sold our debts to a collection agency called Deville. Am I actually responsible for this?
