    Hi there -

Thanks for posting to the NerdWallet Community Forum!

You can create a free Plaid account and check your linked banks' status pages here: https://dashboard.plaid.com/activity/status

Usually, the Plaid status page for a bank or credit union will show an error message such as "updates will fail" or "item adds may fail" ("item add" means account linking) if you're having difficulty.  You can then monitor their status pages to see when the issues have been resolved.

If you'd like further assistance with account linking, please send a message to support@nerdwallet.com with the full bank name, account type (savings, checking, etc.) and web address you use to log in.

    Best regards,

    Victor

I’m facing a similar issue with fmwhat.pk. It seems like a glitch in the system or a syncing problem. Try refreshing the connection or contacting customer support for assistance with the account discrepancy.

If your savings account keeps getting unlinked despite no password changes, and NerdWallet shows a $100 balance even after updating, you're likely experiencing a temporary sync error or connectivity problem between NerdWallet and your bank.
To resolve this, start by refreshing the account connection: remove and re-link your savings account. Next, check your bank's website for any maintenance or technical issues that might be affecting the connection. Ensure your account credentials are up-to-date and correct, too.
If the issue persists, don't worry it's not game over! reach out to NerdWallet support for assistance. They can investigate potential API connectivity issues. Keep an eye on NerdWallet's status page for any known issues or updates, as this might be related to a specific bank integration problem.

I'm having the same problem. I recently bought something from an online store, and even though I should have around £200 left in my account after purchasing the Arm Blaster, it's not updating properly. Despite not changing the password, my savings account keeps getting unlinked too. It's frustrating because I rely on accurate updates, and it’s confusing to see the wrong balance. If anyone else has found a fix, I'd love to hear it.Thank you,😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

It sounds like you're experiencing some account syncing issues. If your savings account keeps getting unlinked and NerdWallet is still showing $100 despite recent updates, it could be due to several factors:

    1. Bank Connection Issues: Sometimes, NerdWallet may have trouble maintaining a connection with your bank, especially if your bank's security settings or systems have spike updated.

    2. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your bank uses 2FA, NerdWallet might struggle to maintain a continuous connection, leading to the account unlinking.

    3. Cache or App Issue: Try clearing the app's spike cache or reinstalling NerdWallet to see if the issue persists.

If none of these work, reaching out to NerdWallet support or your bank for assistance might help resolve the issue.

I totally understand your frustration, I was having the same issue with my account linked to Kingdom Arena. It can be really annoying when accounts get unlinked for no reason, especially when you’re trying to keep track of your finances. Have you tried reaching out to customer support for assistance? It might help to resolve the issue more quickly.

It sounds like you're dealing with some syncing problems with your account. If your checking account keeps getting disconnected and Mint is still showing an outdated balance, despite recent updates, there could be a few reasons for this:

Bank Connection Problems: Occasionally, Mint might have difficulty keeping a stable connection with your bank, particularly if there have been updates to the Unlimited money settings or systems.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If your bank requires 2FA, Mint might struggle to maintain a stable connection, causing your account to unlink.

Cache or App Glitches: Try clearing the app's cache or reinstalling Mint to see if that resolves the issue.

If none of these solutions work, reaching out to Mint support or your bank's customer service for further assistance may help you resolve the issue.

It sounds like you're experiencing some frustrating issues with your account synchronization and balance updates. This can sometimes happen due to a few different factors:

    1. Connectivity Issues: If your internet connection is unstable or slow, it might cause problems with the app or website syncing your account details. Ensure you have a reliable connection and try refreshing the app or page to see if that resolves the issue.

    2. App or Website Glitches: Sometimes, updates or bugs in the app or website can cause accounts to unlink or balances to show incorrectly. Make sure that both the app and the platform you're using are updated to the latest version. You can also try clearing the cache or reinstalling the app.

    3. Account Authentication Problems: Even if you haven't changed your password, certain security protocols might ask you to re-authenticate for safety reasons. If this keeps happening, you may want to contact the support team of the service you're using to ensure there are no security concerns or other technical issues.

If you're using third-party services like Nerdwallet, it could also be a delay in their updates or an issue with their integration.
