How can I select Puerto Rico as an address when activating free credit report?

NerdWallet support led me here. Do support personnel read these posts? How should I contact them if the STATE field drop-down in their app is missing Puerto Rico I can’t complete the credit report setup because of that.

  As long as you have a social security number and enough credit history, you should be able to access your score through NerdWallet. However, since you're located in **Puerto Rico** you'll want to try linking your score on the web version of NerdWallet using any modern web browser rather than the mobile app as our app isn't able to offer that option at this time.

  3. Use an Alternative State for Setup: While this is not a permanent fix, you could try entering a nearby state for now, and then contact their support to update your address once the issue is resolved manually.
