How to respond to Portfolio Recovery Services?
Hello. I wrote a letter to Portfolio Recovery Services telling them they may only contact me in writing at my address now and also asking for debt verification. This was in response to them calling me.
They wrote back with a letter stating "We are in receipt of your recent correspondence and thank you for reaching out to us. This communication is to inform you that we have determined that this dispute is frivolous or irrelevant. Currently, we do not have sufficient information to investigate the dispute because you have not identified the specific information that you are disputing and have not provided an explanation of the basis for the dispute."
What do I do next to ensure they validate the debt they're calling me about?
