Updating Investment accounts that were added manually
Several Investment accounts are part of my net worth. Some of these do not offer a link to NW, so I entered them manually. It is impossible to update the balance on these accounts. I go through the steps, but nothing saves. NW support gives only courtesy replies. It's been occurring for at least 2 months. Does anyone have experience with this, and maybe know a workaround? I use the NW app in Android but have also tried other platforms and browsers.

Thanks for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. Our team is looking into this issue of not being able to edit manually added accounts, and are still working on a fix.
As a workaround, you could close your NerdWallet account and open a new one; but you could lose some historic data and would have to re-link all of your linked accounts.
