Does 0% APR affect my credit scores?

I know that business credit cards are not supposed to affect your personal credit after the initial inquiry, unless they are very delinquent. What is a definition of “very delinquent”? I have the Chase Ink card, which is 0% APR for the first year. It’s helpful to get my business started, but will carrying that balance in the first year hurt my business and personal credit scores? I obviously plan to make the minimum payment each month, but not paying off the full balance is pretty new for me. On my personal cards I pay off the full balance each month, so I’m nervous. And for more context, I will have a high balance in the second month with a high utilization rate.
