How do I find out my lender info

I applied for a personal loan. It said I was approved and should be paid today. I was told to watch my email or watch for a call. I haven't gotten either. How do I know who my loan company is? I certainly can't seem to contact NerdWallet for help.

  If you can't find the name of the lender you applied with, please email support@nerdwallet.com and we'll help you locate it. There may be a message from them in your spam, trash, or "all mail" folder.
