Chase did not provide 0$ APR as promised
I signed up for a Chase Sapphire credit card in early October 2023 to take advantage of an introductory 0% APR on purchases that was widely advertised. I was accepted with an excellent credit score. Now I that I have the card, I just learned today (11/12/23) that the 0% APR is NOT on my account. Chase is telling me that I need to find the offer to submit proof that it even existed. Of course the offers appeared online and was part of the summary bullet points on Nerd Wallet, but I don't have access to out-of-date webpages. And of course the information that Chase sent to me does not include any details, but refers to a generic welcome package that omits any special offers. This is 100% a bait and switch. Full stop. What is my recourse? Any advice?

Hi Randy,
Thanks for reaching out to NerdWallet! We can certainly understand the concern regarding your 0% APR offer.
It does typically take at least one full billing cycle for special offers to start appearing. We recommend waiting for your first billing statement, and then recontacting Chase if necessary. You may access old web pages on The Wayback Machine at https://archive.org/web/
