    It does typically take at least one full billing cycle for special offers to start appearing. We recommend waiting for your first billing statement, and then recontacting Chase if necessary. You may access old web pages on The Wayback Machine at https://archive.org/web/

    Document all communications with Chase, gather any available proof of the offer, and file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) if Chase does not resolve the issue.
