Hi David - thanks for posting!

Hopefully other members will weigh in also, but here are some considerations that may be useful:

Southwest Airlines offers an array of branded credit cards, with a variety of perks and earnings options. Because Southwest operates differently from other carriers, its cards are different, too. Most notably:

    • Southwest doesn't charge most flyers for checked baggage, so a Southwest card isn't going to save you money on bag fees. You don't get priority boarding on every flight, either.

    • Southwest doesn't operate a network of airport lounges, so there is no high-end card with lounge privileges.

    • Southwest does not offer a no-annual-fee credit card.

There are a lot of great cards out there - you may want to use the credit card recommendation tool to help hone in on what you'd find most useful in a new card (travel rewards vs cash back, etc.,) compared to the cards you already have.

Good luck and have a great weekend!
