Consolidation with poor credit

I entered into a debt relief program and you stop paying and they negotiate lower payoffs. I am 78 and always had good credit. Just bought a new car with no problem. Due to health issues I was overwhelmed with my bills and that is why I did it. At first I just wanted to consolidate. My credit went from 640 to 490 and I am horrified. I canceled my contract and now need to consolidate. But with my credit score is it possible.
