My 30 year old mortgage not included in credit report

    Thanks for posting to the NerdWallet Community Forum! It sounds like you're seeing some wrong information on your credit report.  We're happy to point you in the right direction to get this corrected.


    To share some background: when you log into your NerdWallet account, the credit score and report information you're seeing is provided by TransUnion (one of the three major credit bureaus in the United States). TransUnion is our credit score partner, but NerdWallet cannot directly work with TransUnion on behalf of individual members to update their credit reports. This means we cannot see or correct your credit information ourselves.


    From here, we recommend contacting TransUnion directly about the wrong information you're seeing. By contacting TransUnion directly, you can submit a claim to dispute incorrect information on your credit report and make necessary updates to your credit profile. TransUnion's Dispute Your Credit page is a great place to start.
