SS# Database to find assets?

Hi! Is there an "entity/database" where you can put in your social security number, and it will find what is "attached" to it, i.e. money, IRA, mutual funds etc? I've tried searching online to see if something like this even exists but all I get are a hundred ads that want money! OR shouldn't we be able to contact them/Social Security offices and they can tell us? I seriously think I might have an account "out there", but I've lived in a few states (57yo). And the credit bureaus just tell us what debt is attached to our ss#'s. But what about assets??
