Some NerdWallet Account Balances are really stale
I realize that NerdWallet relies on Transunion for balance reporting and TransUnion relies on the Issuer to report balances. Some of my credit card balances are really stale, with some not having been updated since March and some since early April so data is more than a month old.
The thing is, I can to Mint which also uses TransUnion, and the account balances there are accurate so something is going on between NerdWallet and TransUnion for some of these accounts -- not all because some are accurate.

Hi Michael -
Thanks for posting to the NerdWallet Community Forum!
Please send an email to support@nerdwallet.com with more information about your account balances and which area of your NerdWallet account you're referring to (account balances are displayed in your TransUnion credit report, and in your NerdWallet account Net Worth for Plaid linked accounts.)
Best regards,
Victor

Thought I would give this question a bump as it seems to be a continuing problem and I wonder if others see the same situation. The balances do get an update but in several accounts, the update is a month or more behind the current date. The chief offenders seem to be a US Bank credit card, a Discover personal loan, and a retail card issued by Synchrony.

If you're referring to your credit report, it can take up to 2 months for an event like paying off a loan to show up on your report.
Cheers,
Victor
