I have chase sapphire visa card. I bought an airline ticket round trip using my points from this card. I had to change the return flight to another day. I called and spent two hours on the phone with a representative and then a supervisor. Each about an hour a piece to change the ticket. It cost me 80.00 more. My daughter who has Capitol One Venture used her awards and just changed her flight on her own and got 80.00 credited back to her account. I know that my card is a five star but that was a total nightmare and now looking to change my card after I use all my points. Can someone explain to me why this was so extremely frustrating?
