Thanks for posting to the forum.
We're sorry if our app is causing any difficulty. I suggest clearing the app cache, deleting it, and reinstalling. I have personally not encountered the issue of the app not opening, but I have seen it take longer than expected to open when I had an older phone. If you're using an older phone or software, the app may take a few seconds to open.
