Difficulty beginning an application at a NerdWallet recommended financial institution
I am attempting to open a Hi-Yield Savings account at UFB Direct (Axos Bank). Each time that I fill out the opening information and then click the "Start Application" link, it doesn't go anywhere. I have been on the phone with them(UFB Bank Direct) and have done everything they suggested including clearing cookies, but still no success in beginning an application. They have offered to take my information over the phone including my SS# but I am uncomfortable doing that. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Also, has anyone that opened an account at UFB Direct had any issues transferring funds back and forth between UFB Direct and another financial institution?
