American Airlines Sign On Bonus

I already have a Citi American Airlines Aadvantage MileUp credit card that I received many years ago. I wanted to get either a Citi / AAdvantage Aviator Red or Citi AAdvantage Patinum Select World Elite Mastercard card. Would would I still be eligible for the bonus awards? Thanks.
