If your bank has become unlinked you will be prompted to re-link it through our account-linking partner, Plaid. If you use a smaller or more regional financial institution (like a local credit union) some of your transaction data may not be available so you will not see all of your previous months’ spending. After re-linking your account you will see new transactions appear as usual moving forward.
If this situation applies to your financial institution, you’ll be shown a message letting you know that you may lose some older transaction data after re-linking. We encourage you to proceed; otherwise your account will remain unlinked.
