If your bank has become unlinked you will be prompted to re-link it through our account-linking partner, Plaid. If you use a smaller or more regional financial institution (like a local credit union) some of your transaction data may not be available so you will not see all of your previous months’ spending. After relinking your account you will see new transactions appear as usual moving forward.
If this situation applies to your financial institution, you’ll be shown a message letting you know that you may lose some older transaction data after relinking. We encourage you to proceed; otherwise your account will remain unlinked.
