If you're a NerdUp by NerdWallet customer and you've logged into the NerdWallet app, you may be seeing one of these error messages:
Our product team is aware of this issue and is urgently working on getting it fixed. We expect a solution to be available with the upcoming release of our latest mobile app update, so please make sure you have the auto-update feature enabled for the NerdWallet app.
In the meantime, you can still access the details of your NerdUp account by following these workaround steps:
1. From anywhere in the NerdWallet app, tap the three-bar icon in the upper-left corner
2. Tap Financial info
3. Tap Cards you carry
4. Tap the NerdUp by NerdWallet link at the top of that screen
5. These steps will take you to the NerdUp Overview screen, from which you can see your card details and settings, and make payments and transfers as normal.
