NerdWallets linking partner, Plaid, is currently in negotiations to restore connectivity to Fidelity Investments. While we do expect to see that connection restored in the future, neither Plaid or Fidelity has been able to provide an expected time frame for this restoration.

In the meantime, we do offer the option for users to manually add their accounts.

If you're using NerdWallet on a mobile device, once you've downloaded the latest version of the app and signed into your account, you'll want to:

1. Go to your "Net Worth" tab

2. Click the "+" on the top right corner

3. Select "Add something manually"

4. Choose "Account"

5. Fill out the information

6. Select "Add"

If you're using the web version of NerdWallet, you'll want to:

1. Hover over "MY NERDWALLET" on the top right corner and select "Net Worth"

2. Then select "+ Link something else" under the laptop icon

3. Choose "Add something manually"

4. Select "Account"

5. Fill out the information below

6. Select "Add"

Since these accounts are manually added, keep in mind that you'll also want to manually add your transactions to keep your balance up to date for the most accurate tracking of your accounts' information.
