We’re sorry that you were not pre-qualified for a personal loan through one of our partner lenders at this time.
You may receive what’s known as an adverse action notice from one of our lending partners with whom you did not prequalify, notifying you formally that your pre-qualification application was not approved. Don’t be alarmed if you receive an adverse action notice - again, it’s just a formality, and does not mean that a hard review of your credit was performed.
You’re more than welcome to try pre-qualifying again in 30 days. If your credit score has improved, you may have a better chance of pre-qualifying then.
If you need emergency financial assistance, we’d recommend following up with some local organizations that work to help community members who are facing hardships. Please visit our Payday Loan Alternatives Tool and enter your zip code to see which organizations are available in your service area.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by debt and need help managing it, we'd recommend contacting the National Foundation for Credit Counseling at (800) 388-2227.
