What if I change my mind and want to cancel the Billshark negotiations?

As a reminder, Billshark will never change or extend your contract without your permission.

If you want to cancel your request, email Billshark at nerdwallet@billshark.com within 24 hours after submitting your bill information. After 24 hours, negotiations will have started, and you’ll be unable to make any changes.
