How are my transactions categorized?

We use an internal algorithm that automatically categorizes each transaction. You also have the ability to manually change the category for individual transactions.

    Why can I only do it for individual transactions? If you have the wrong category for all my transactions from one merchant, why do I have to go through every single transaction individually and change the category? Just let me change the category for the entire merchant.......
