Unsubscribing from the link found at the bottom of each marketing email
- After clicking the link, you’ll be directed to a page with a list of the different types of emails we send. Designate which type(s) of emails you no longer wish to receive by clicking the box next to the corresponding category.
- If you no longer wish to receive any NerdWallet emails, click the box next to “Disable all emails.”
- Click the “Save Changes” button.
Unsubscribing from your NerdWallet account
- Log into your NerdWallet account here.
- Hover over the My NerdWallet menu near the upper right-hand corner and select Settings, under the My Info section.
- Select the Email notifications tab. You can also click this link to go there directly.
- You'll see a list of the different types of emails we send. Designate which type(s) of emails you no longer wish to receive by clicking the box next to the corresponding category.
- If you no longer wish to receive any NerdWallet emails, click the box next to Disable all emails.
You should also know...
- Unsubscribing from all emails is effective immediately.
- If you need to request a password reset, you will still receive an email enabling you to access your NerdWallet account.
- Closing your NerdWallet account automatically removes you from all email lists.
