Smoother answer entry. If something goes wrong while saving an answer you typed in, you'll now stay on the same screen with a message and the option to try again. You won't be sent away from your question.
Clearer links. When you open a question from an email or notification, the question now appears at the top of the answer screen so you know what you're looking at.

Quick fixes
I don't see any questions
Update to the latest version of the app, then close and reopen it.
Check the screen you're on. Credit questions appear on Home and Credit Score. Budget, emergency savings, and spending questions appear on Home and Cash Flow. The 401(k) and retirement questions appear on Home.
Still nothing? Contact Support and tell us which screen you're on.
I see "We're still gathering data"
This can appear on the budget, emergency savings, and spending questions. It usually means there isn't enough transaction history yet. Tap Link more accounts to add the accounts you use most, then check back.
I see an error screen
Tap Close, then try the question again in a few minutes. If it keeps happening, close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't load, contact Support.
My numbers don't look right
A few common reasons:
Only linked accounts count. Budget and spending answers use the last 6 months from accounts you've linked. Cash and unlinked accounts aren't included, so a paycheck deposited into an unlinked account can make it look like you're spending more than you earn. For the emergency savings question specifically, only your linked checking and savings accounts count — other linked account types aren't included.
Credit answers come from your TransUnion report. Another bureau (Equifax or Experian) may show different information. Card balances are usually from your last statement, so a card you paid off after the statement closed may still show high usage.
Time windows differ. "Recent credit inquiries" looks at the last 30 days. "What's impacting my credit score" counts inquiries over 12 months. Both can be right.
Typed answers drive the results. For the 401(k) and retirement questions, the answer is based only on what you entered. To update an answer, tap the question again, change it, and resubmit. For the 401(k) match, double-check that your match rate and match cap aren't swapped. (For example, "50% match up to 6%" means 50 for the rate and 6 for the cap.)
I don't recognize a credit inquiry
Tap See full report to review the details. If you think an inquiry is an error, you'll need to dispute it with the credit bureau.
Good to know
The retirement answer is an illustration based on the assumptions you choose. It isn't a prediction or a guarantee, and it isn't investment advice. It doesn't include Social Security, employer match, or inflation.
Your answers reflect only the information you've linked or entered.
